Gurdjieff once said that life is a two-edged sword.
But then the old ropes broke the sacrament.

And on his journey, Odysseus sought to hear the Siren's song.
His hand reached out.
And Nijinski danced in joyous ecstasy.
The sacrament was broken.
He cried out, "What I have lost!".
Prostrated, he cried out to Kali Ma, "On my knees I implore you!".
Prostrated, he cried out to Kali Ma, "But for a nuance, I would have set it right!".
He cried out,
                     "A lifetime is such a long sentence!".
The cosmic connection might have been lost ...
and after such a tragedy, what could be done, but to weave this magic, karmic carpet, that could deliver hope.
